FIDE rules are being used.
FIDE ratings will be used for pairing and prize purposes. If you do not have a FIDE rating then your USCF rating will be used.
The default time control will be one hour.
No cell phones are permitted in the playing venue while your game is in progress. If your phone is found in the playing venue while your game is in progress you could be forfeited.
Appendix G of the  FIDE Laws of Chess shall apply.
